How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all of our orders via Royal Mail using the Special Delivery guaranteed by 1 pm GMT.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All deliveries will require a signature on arrival to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. 

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and ask that you understand that we're a small team. Once dispatched, your order will arrive the next working day.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we're unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom. Sign up for our newsletter for any updates on shipping regions.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all piercing jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@weareumara.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our products come beautifully packaged in eco-friendly tissue paper, complete with ribbon. If you have a specific gift-wrapping request, including gift notes, please add a note before checking out. 

Do you offer discreet packaging?

All of our parcels will arrive in unbranded eco-friendly packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and Klarna.

You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For further information or questions regarding your payment please visit Klarna’s website or contact Klarna’s customer service

Are your products hallmarked?

As per The Hallmarking Act 1973, all our jewellery weighing more than 1 gram is authenticated by the London Assay Office to guarantee the fineness of the gold.

You'll also receive an authenticity card with your order – we recommend you keep this safe for insurance and valuation purposes.

As per regulations in India, all our products (including those below 1 gram) have been hallmarked in India. The hallmark for India includes the gold finesse and six digits.

 

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in India.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Our diamonds are conflict-free, as per international standards following the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme determined by the United Nations. Conflict-free diamonds are safely mined and follow a process that prevents any environmental or societal harm.

Do you offer custom orders?

At current, we're unable to offer custom orders. However, sign up for our newsletter to receive any updates regarding custom orders.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Our 14 and 18 karat solid gold jewellery is crafted with longevity in mind. When given the TLC it deserves, solid gold will not oxidise or discolour. Be sure to read our jewellery care guide so you can show your pieces the love they require.
